Payment is required per horse entered:
1.) Stall Fee is $475 per stall and a Rider Fee deposit of $100.
2.) Trailer-In Fee is $100 per horse and a Rider Fee deposit of $100

DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT FOR TACK STALLS. The Franktown Meadows Hunter Derby is not a regular horse show. Stalls are limited. Please contact [email protected] directly with all Tack Stall requests.
STALL DETAILS:
Permanent stalls are 12 x 12 with doors and 1.5 inch rubber mat floors. Horses are allowed to move in the Tuesday before the start of the weekend’s classes.
TACK STALLS:
Contact [email protected] directly with all Tack Stall requests. Requests will try to be met but not guaranteed.
REFUND:
Before the closing date of entries, full refunds will be given. After the closing date of entries, STALL FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. After the show starts, with the official show vet’s certificate only, entry refunds will be given, minus a $50 scratch fee and fees for classes already held before notification at the horse show office, whether exhibited in or not.
